Spotlight on Security Specifiers: Get to Know the HID A&E Team Dedicated to the Security Consultant Community

A Critical Resource for the Security Industry

Security consultants, or security specifiers, serve a critical role in the physical security industry.  Challenged with the task of simultaneously managing projects in all vertical markets across multiple geographies, they provide invaluable guidance and direction, helping end users meet their project needs and goals.

Recognizing the importance of their contribution to the security industry as a whole, HID established a program and dedicated team to better serve security consultants and their clients.

Meet the HID Architecture & Engineering (A&E) Team

HID’s A&E team serves as the main point of contact for security consultants. Our goal is to ensure they get exceptional support with their client projects. We are here to be a resource for product selection, and to help collaborate with internal and external resources to enhance the project deployment experience. We also help connect end users with needs to the security consultant and are always looking for ways to best align the right product to meet those complex needs.
