Richard has more than 20 years of consulting and project management experience across various industry sectors. As Senior Vice President and Global Head of Security Market Advisory, his key focus is to advise and assist clients achieve their business and organizational objectives through market and technology strategies, regulatory and economic analysis/review and digital transformation.

He has completed numerous large scale consulting and technology research projects across sectors such as ICT and Public Sector. Richard has worked on various projects such as national industry development, smart cities, developing regional data hubs, research studies on advanced tech development, developing national e-Identity architecture and also consulted on various Enterprise/Business Transformation projects.

He has presented at several industry and government conferences, including World Cities Summit Singapore, Intel’s Business Comes Alive forum, CIO Summit, C-Engage Singapore, Cloud Asia Forum, INTERPOL World Singapore and ASEAN Summit on Future of Cities.
